In my 14 years of experience, I have seen many types of markets. I assist my clients in the transaction to ensure deadlines are met and the transaction is as stress-free as possible. I am well versed in the contract and keep close communication with all parties of the transaction making sure everyone is on the same page. I am detail oriented and provide only the highest level of service to my clients and am always the point of contact in the transaction. I am tech savvy and keep up with tools that assist me in providing the best service to my clients with their real estate needs. I believe in the “personal touch” and strongly feel in presenting offers face to face. Whether I am representing a buyer or a seller meeting the agent on the other side is important and often sets the tone for a smooth transaction. It demonstrates your commitment to the transaction and shows you are there to do your job. In my career, I have mentored many agents who are just starting their career in real estate. Helping them set a strong foundation for a successful career. I was one of a handful of agents that developed a mentoring program that is still in use today at a past brokerage. Teaching is learning and it made me a better agent and benefited my business tremendously. I am currently studying for my Brokers exam and feel strongly about continuing education because there is always room to grow.
